I took them online from an oficial distributor of the brand but the shoe was marked as "second, exhibition or spare pair" shoe, i expected them to have some marks but they´re just perfect, like new. What grinds my mind is if i could have taken a fake pair or if it was built not under the same quality spec that it shoud. Scam. Keeps popping up on Facebook, but not Loake shoes. Fake reviews, fake orders, fake 14 minutes left before sale ends. You probably won't get any shoes. The main reason a pair of shoes will end up as factory seconds is because the pieces of leather used fail the shoemaker's quality control tests, so cannot be sold for full price. This is usually because of marks, scuffs, or discolouration in the skin of the animal, which have not been removed by the tanning process.Excellent shoe company. Have bought shoes from Loake several times before. Always good quality shoes with prompt delivery.
